This is a SHARED room; FEMALE ONLY. It is walking distance to The Village/campus. Rent is $900 per month however utilities are NOT included (they typically span from $60-$80 more when 4 girls are living there but not everyone will be there in the summer). PARKING is also included in this lease for $185 (if you do not want/need covered parking we can discuss that). The unit is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool; it is two-stories, 3bed-3bath. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom. There is a smart TV downstairs with a FireStick and a couch with outlets to charge devices. The unit has a dishwasher, as well as washer/dryer.
